Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

Lift Power offers customers with larger fleets a managed parts program, otherwise known as a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). VMI programs remove the burden of keeping up with the changing parts demands of a fleet. Our experts analyze a fleet’s usage rates and ensure that the proper parts are stocked on location to avoid costly downtime due to breakdowns. We monitor customer usage and inventory levels and automatically re-stock when supplies get low.

Additionally, Lift Power maintains fleet records in anticipation of any future parts needs. Even the most robust lift truck will need wearable parts the longer they are in service. By knowing the make and age of a fleet, Lift Power evaluates current operations and makes recommendations on parts needs, both immediate and future.
