Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

Lift Power offers customers with larger fleets a managed parts program, otherwise known as a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). VMI programs remove the burden of keeping up with the changing parts demands of a fleet. Our experts analyze a fleet’s usage rates and ensure that the proper parts are stocked on location to avoid costly downtime due to breakdowns. We monitor customer usage and inventory levels and automatically re-stock when supplies get low.

 

Additionally, Lift Power maintains fleet records in anticipation of any future parts needs. Even the most robust lift truck will need wearable parts the longer they are in service. By knowing the make and age of a fleet, Lift Power evaluates current operations and makes recommendations on immediate and future parts needs.

 

Parts Express

Lift Power provides a unique daily local delivery service at no cost to customers. Parts Express includes delivery selection from our entire inventory of stocked parts with same-day and next-day delivery capabilities.

 

Crown’s Integrity Parts

As a Crown Integrity Part dealer, Lift Power is equipped to provide custom, quality components for your lift truck fleet. Crown designs and builds up 85% of its forklift parts, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.

Parts Consignment

Lift Power customers save time, money, and effort by utilizing our comprehensive consignment parts inventory for forklifts. This allows customers to pay for forklift parts only when they are needed, preventing extended downtime and guaranteeing parts availability. With Lift Power parts consignment, billing is done on a monthly basis with no additional charge for the consignment inventory.
