Without exceptional material handling equipment service and maintenance, this is impossible. So at Lift Power, we make it a priority to provide every one of our customers with superior service.

We understand that unexpected problems with material handling equipment may arise, which is why all our customers are given a complimentary Time and Material plan. This “on-call” type service plan allows customers to call on us to schedule repairs and maintenance, as well as request fleet management/utilization and cost analyses. The Time and Material service plan utilizes our trained technicians and is a good baseline for maintaining equipment; however, a Preventative/Planned Maintenance (PM) plan is suggested for decreased downtime durations.

Preventative / Planned Maintenance (PM)
Preventative / Planned Maintenance is the best way to maintain a lift truck fleet without incurring extensive Time and Material service costs. By scheduling proper maintenance at specified intervals, Lift Power’s trained technicians will increase a material handling equipment’s productivity, maximize uptime, and identify and minimize any mechanical issues.

Full Maintenance Plan
Full Maintenance is a plan that is designed to fit any operation’s budget. With consistent monthly rates, Lift Power gives clients information in advance so they know exactly how much lift truck repair and periodic maintenance expenses will cost. Full Maintenance Plans can be set up for a custom duration as needed by the client.
